Stages
Applicant Review is a screening of applicants against the key performance requirements, experience, and education.
Department Interview continues the in-depth discussion to see if the applicant meets the needs of the department and allows you to understand the expectations of the role, how your role fits in the organisation, and how the team works together and cross-functionally.
References will be requested once a final candidate is identified. The company requires a minimum of two (2) managerial professional references and one (1) other reference of the candidate’s choice. This can be a colleague, professor, or mentor.
